Pretty Booking Policy

Please Read Before Booking 💕

At Pretty Aesthetics Studio, we have a clear and straightforward booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy before booking. 

Payment & Deposits

  • All deposits are non refundable once appointment is approved.
  • You are afforded to transfer your deposit toward a future service one time as long as it is 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. (Must be within 30 days.)

    Payment for services rendered at Pretty Aesthetics Studio is due at the time of your appointment.

    Late Arrivals

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation and you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.
    *This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to your appointment, which could have been utilized for another customer.

    No-Shows

    If you fail to show up for your appointment, it will be considered a no show.
    • No call no show will be charged 100% percent of service.
    • You must cancel at least 48hrs prior to your appointment to not be charged anything except the deposit.
